Extraordinary mode of operation - update

Dear Students,

In accordance with the Internal Ordinance 72/2020 dated: 16th of September 2020 on guidelines concerning the mode of operation of Wrocław University of Science and Technology and the organisation of courses in winter semester 2020/2021 in connection with the SARS-CoV-2 epidemic, by the decision of prof. Piotr Szulc, the Dean of the Faculty of Mechanical and Power Engineering rules mentioned below enter into force:

1. Services are provided mainly via e-mail or phone.
2. Contact in person is allowed only after former arrangement via e-mail or phone and only with regard to obligatory means of precaution.
3. While staying inside the building students are obliged to cover mouth and nose, in accordance with the law in force.
4. Student affairs hitherto carried out during vice-Dean’s office hours (meetings in person) are now taken under consideration mainly after telephone or e-mail contact. The above guidelines remain in force until further notice.

We also remind you that:

1. Only people who:
1) show no symptoms of a contagious disease;
2) do not reside with a person performing a quarantine or staying in isolation in the home;
3) do not perform a quarantine or stay in isolation in the home
can enter the University buildings.

2. In case of noticing any alarming symptoms students are obliged to stay at home, inform the Dean’s office (ewa.zajaczkowska@pwr.edu.pl) and call a primary medical care institution (medical advice). If your health deteriorates please call 999 or 112 and inform that you might be infected with coronavirus.
