Deadlines in the summer 2024/2025 semester in applying for:
| Application for entering the next stage | until 24.02.2026 | Submit the aplication form for further studying with exceeded deficit of ECTS points, only after all your grades from the previous semester are entered into the electronic student record book |
| Dean's leave permit | until 24.02.2026 | During the Dean's leave you are allowed to attend previously failed courses or university-wide courses |
| Extramural course | until 13.03.2026 | In case of the lack of the course availability in the last semester |
| Health leave permit | directly after the cause appears | Application printed and submitted along the attachment (medical statement) |
| Study leave for a pregnant student | directly after the cause appears | Application printed and submitted along with attachment (medical certificate) |
| Study leave for student parent | directly after the cause appears | Application printed and submitted along with attachment (copy of child birth cerificate) |
| Payment in installments | by the 5th day of charging the fee | Application for payment in installments in case of fees for repeated courses |
There are several options for how you can submit your documents:
- you can come to the dean's office in person
- in front of the dean's office there is a box where you can load documents
- send documents by post to the address of the dean's office.
