In case of exceeding maximum permitted deficit of ECTS points student has a right to submit in the Dean’s office an application form for registering for semester addressed to the Vice-Dean for Student Affairs. The application form for registering for semester with exceeded deficit of ECTS points may be submitted only after all of the grades from the previous semester are written in the electronic student record book.

If the student shall not be granted with a permission for registering for semester, he/she may submit an application form requesting a Dean’s leave (after second semester of studies).
After the first semester of studies student may not apply for a Dean’s leave if he/she did not fulfill the requirements of registering for the second semester.

Note: Students who do not fulfill the above requirements may be removed from the register of students according to § 33 of the Regulations governing higher education studies at WUST.
