USOSweb:
To log in to the information systems it is necessary to know your unique login to the information systems and set an individual password for access. Having an active student mailbox, you can proceed to activate your individual account. Instructions on how to do this can be found at https://di.pwr.edu.pl/uslugi/uslugi-katalogowe/reset-lub-pierwsze-ustawienie-hasla. In case of problems, send a request to pomoc+ad@pwr.edu.pl.
Having a login and password set in the previous step allows you to log into the USOS system at https://web.usos.pwr.edu.pl.

Students who want to receive ID card should submit an application to the Dean's Office for its issuance together with a confirmation of payment (PLN 22) made to an individual account number (available on the portal USOSweb in the My Studies tab – Payments fk). The student will be notified by an employee of the Dean's Office when the ELS is prepared.

NOTE:
Students who do not participate in the OHS training will be referred to the disciplinary
committee for failure to comply with the obligation imposed by the Regulation
of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of July 5, 2007 on occupational
health and safety at universities (Journal of Laws of July 18, 2007) and
Internal Regulation 108/2016 on organizing OHS training for WUST students.
Students who do not participate in the OHS training will be referred to the disciplinary
committee for failure to comply with the obligation imposed by the Regulation
of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of July 5, 2007 on occupational
health and safety at universities (Journal of Laws of July 18, 2007) and
Internal Regulation 108/2016 on organizing OHS training for WUST students.
Electronic Student Identity Card (ELS) is a document confirming the student's status and can enable access to library, laboratories, rooms, parking lots, etc., This card can also act as a URBANCARD.
To get the Student ID Card you have to pay on the individual account the following fee.
In case of loss/theft: You have to fill in an application form and bring it with the payment confirmation to the Dean’s office.

To log in to a mailbox:
1. Go to the website http://poczta.student.pwr.edu.pl
2. Enter the student e-mail address (<StudentID>@student.pwr.edu.pl) and select "Next", where <StudentID> is an individual Student Identification Number assgined after the addmission; for instance: 123456@student.pwr.edu.pl
3. On the next page, click "Forgot your password?"
4. Then click "Try another way"
5. The website will propose to send a verification code to a secondary e-mail address. This is the e-mail address provided during recruitment.
6. A message with a verification code will be sent to the secondary address, which must be entered in the form in the next step
7. Then create a password.
8. Log in to GMail with your new password.
