Important dates and deadlines in the summer 2023/2024 semester in applying for:
- for registering for semester with arrearage - until 22.02.2024. You may submit the application form for further studying with exceeded deficit of ECTS points, only after all of your grades from the previous semester are written in the electronic student record book
- Dean’s leave permit – until 22.02.2024. During the Dean’s leave you are allowed to pursue arrearage only
- Health leave permit – directly after the cause appears, application printed and submitted along with the attachment – medical statement)
- Study leave for a pregnant student/ for student parent – directly after the cause appears, application printed and submitted along with the attachment – copy of child birth certificate
- In case of fees for repeated courses, payment in instalments may be agreed (the application for payment in installments may be submitted by the 5th day of charging the fee)
There are several options for how you can bring your documents:
- you can come to the dean's office in person
- in front of the dean's office there is a box where you can load documents
- send documents by post to the address of the dean's office.
